Parking is free and there is a great hiking trail from the parking lot that overlooks the ocean. One of the few ‘wild’ beaches so close to the busy holiday town of Ballito, Christmas Bay Beach is a perfect place to take your pup along for a walk. Mostly frequented by anglers, walkers, and divers, it is best to keep your dog on a lead unless there is absolutely no one around.
