Llandudno Beach

This exclusive and secluded seaside village hides one of the most beautiful and diverse beaches on the Cape Peninsula. Llandudno Beach is great for dog-walkers, as dogs are allowed to run free at certain times of the year. Giant boulders, sparkling blue waters, and natural coastal fynbos make Llandudno one of the country’s most beautiful coastal suburbs. Protected by the Twelve Apostles on one side, and Karbonkelberg Mountain and Little Lion’s Head on the other, this tiny little town hugs a serene and peaceful beach that is largely unspoiled. It was named after the Welsh town, Llandudno, as a result of their natural biological similarities. This Blue Flag beach welcomes dogs before 09:00 in the morning and after 18:00 in the evening only between the months of April and October. You can access Sandy Bay Beach from Llandudno Beach too but take note that this is an active nudist beach.
